Restorative Yoga - Dania

Restorative Yoga is for those looking to improve flexibility, reduce soreness, and support overall

recovery. We’ll start with a short guided meditation or breathwork , followed by dynamic

stretching and mobility-focused warm-ups. Then, we’ll move through a slow flow to build

balance, stability, and body awareness. Class ends with a few restorative postures to promote

deep relaxation.

Everyday Yoga - Abigail

Everyday Yoga is the perfect middle ground between restorative stillness and dynamic flow.

Each class dives into the details of a specific pose, or group of poses, helping you build

strength, awareness, and confidence in your practice. From that focused foundation, we flow

mindfully, integrating what we’ve learned into a well-rounded sequence. This all-levels class is

designed to support your growth as a yogi, whether you’re just beginning or deepening your

journey.

Mat Sculpt - Abigail

Mat Sculpt is a strength-focused, full-body class that blends classical Pilates principles with

yoga. Using small weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, we’ll target the core,

tone the muscles, and lengthen the body. Expect a dynamic and empowering session designed

to build stability, strength, and control from the inside out. All levels welcome!

Cardio Kickboxing - Erin

This high-energy no contact Mixed Martial Arts inspired class is designed to improve cardio,

strength, and coordination. We kick and punch to the music, we condition our core, but most

importantly we have fun while doing it! No equipment or previous experience necessary.

Zumba - Karishma

Zumba is a dynamic fusion of dance and aerobic movement set to upbeat international music.

The class creates a lively atmosphere where participants can burn calories, improve

cardiovascular health, and express themselves through joyful movement.

Boot Camp - Rich

A total-body training experience that blends traditional strength exercises with high-energy

circuits. This class focuses on proper form, progressive overload, and balanced movement

patterns to support overall fitness and injury prevention.HIIT - Lena

High-Intensity Interval Training focused on maximum output and quick recovery. This class uses

a rotating structure of timed intervals to increase heart rate, burn fat, and build lean muscle in a

high-energy setting.
